WHO WE ARE
Meet Our Team
SOLO LOCH
PLANT OPERATOR & FACILITIES COORDINATOR
Solo works the 3rd shift, keeping our reactors and stills going overnight to make the waxes and oils we ship around the world. Solo also helps us keep the plant clean and tidy. Solo has been at Roper since 2019.
FUN FACT: In his free time, Solo enjoys going fishing, spending time with family and riding his bicycle.

ANGELO CERRONE
SHIPPING, RECEIVING & WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Angelo keeps materials moving, both inbound and outbound. He is also the longest tenured employee at Roper, joining the company 10 years after inception.
FUN FACT: Angelo enjoys family time, going to parks, beaches, movies and restoring old cars and trucks.

ROB MARTINEZ, JR.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR & QA MANAGER
Rob is an integral part of our production team, ensuring our manufacturing process standardization and applying strict adherence to quality specifications. Rob is a 12-year veteran of Roper Thermals.
FUN FACT: In his free time, Rob enjoys playing video games, writing stories and making a good cup of coffee!

JAMES DELLASALA
DIRECTOR OF MANUFACTURING, ANALYTICS AND R&D
Chemical engineer James Dellasala earned his BS from the University of Connecticut and joined us from Wyoming where he worked in Schlumberger’s natural gas fields.
FUN FACT: In his free time, James enjoys tinkering with electronics, building computers and keeping up with the latest developments in electronics and computing!

JUDY POZZI
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Judy is a Queen Multitasker, handling everything from invoicing customers to running payroll and even stocking the kitchenette with drinks and snacks, which everyone appreciates! Judy has been at Roper since 2018.
FUN FACT: Judy enjoys exploring museums in different cities, listening to crime podcasts and being crafty and creative.

SHARON DOWNEY
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Prior to joining Roper, Sharon spent 2 decades in watch design, production & marketing. She now focuses her energies on Cost Efficiencies, Bookkeeping & Purchasing.
FUN FACT: When not immersed in the world of Quickbooks, Sharon relishes kayaking, re-designing her home space for optimum feng shui & getting lost in a 1,000 piece puzzle.

RADOVAN POPOVIC
PLANT OPERATOR & FACILITIES COORDINATOR
Rad works the 2nd shift, keeping our reactors and stills going overnight to make the waxes and oils we ship around the world. Rad also helps us keep the plant clean and tidy.
FUN FACT: Rad enjoys spending his free time outdoors, watching comedy movies or a good NBA game!

EMMANUEL HERIVEAUX
PLANT OPERATOR & SAFETY COORDINATOR
Manny has been making chemicals for over 25 years. He manages the reactors and stills, helping make the waxes and oils we ship around the world. Manny also helps us keep safety as the #1 priority for our team. Manny has been at Roper since 2020.
FUN FACT: Manny enjoys traveling to meet different cultures. He is also a foodie with an ardent interest in food from all across the globe.

JOHN SCOTT
VP OF SALES
Over the course of his career John has served in multiple sales leadership roles in the pharmaceutical, biologics, medical device, and medical IT industries. He is a Boston College graduate, and a proud USMC veteran.
FUN FACT: When John is away from the office, and not driving his kids around to countless activities, John loves to spend time cooking.

NICHOLAS BROWNING
CHIEF SCIENTIFIC OFFICER
Like his father, Dr. Nick Browning received his graduate degree from the University of Connecticut after completing his undergraduate studies at Bowdoin College. He started learning the manufacturing side of the business under the mentorship of his father at 15 years old, and has continued learning ever since.
FUN FACT: Nick played on an All-Star Basketball team in College.

GUS KELLOGG
COO
Prior to joining Roper, Gus was founder and CEO of Greenleaf Biofuels, the largest renewable fuel producer in New England. Gus is an experienced Chief Operating/Executive Officer with a demonstrated history in the chemicals industry. He earned a BS from Connecticut College and an MBA from Helsinki School of Economics.
FUN FACT: When Gus gets tired of making PCMs, he makes maple syrup!

ADRIENNE BROWNING
CEO
Adrienne is the second-generation owner-operator of Roper Thermals. She brings a wealth of business acumen from the world of finance, having worked for Viking Global Investors after earning her BS from Tulane University.
FUN FACT: Adrienne founded The Re:JOY Project, a non-profit dedicated to collecting gently used toys, costumes, books and sports gear for children in need while keeping these items out of landfills.

RUBY AND SADIE
OUR MASCOTS
Meet Ruby and Sadie. Beyond their roles as office companions, they also serve as stress-relievers and morale-boosters! In between naps under desks and impromptu play sessions, Ruby and Sadie also enjoy participating in team meetings. Their unwavering loyalty make them beloved members of our team.
FUN FACT: Sadie and Ruby have mastered the art of opening doors with their paws!
